Large selection of wine, but unfortunately you cannot enjoy the hot drinks, good location, beautiful view of the water tower

Nice vibes and delicious dessert/beverages

My companion had coffee there and I joined them. As soon as I sat down, the waitress came and asked what I would like. I asked what kinds of teas they had. She just said it was on the card and turned around. My companion and I were shocked by this behavior and wanted to get up straight away and pay for the coffee. The waitress said she hadn't done anything and just said it was on the menu and she'd be right back. It got louder after we both contradicted it. Then she stormed off, so we paid her colleague. An absolute no-go when dealing with customers and people in general!

Busy but nice, good cakes

Outside, the drinks cards printed on the tables are extremely impractical. There is no latte macchiato or cappuccino. Outside it doesn't look like a French cafe that would explain this lack of drinks. It's much nicer inside. French cards :) and good alcoholic drinks. Unfortunately, the toilets are very neglected. Prices okay.

Cafe Flo is a wonderful little restaurant. Good food and a fun atmosphere. Always a great place to be with your friends or work colleagues. I highly recommend!! Enjoy!!

Great flair, France in Germany, wonderful view of the water tower. Great selection of wines. Staff depending on the daily form sometimes super friendly, sometimes annoyed, sometimes fast, sometimes slow. There are five stars for wine, ambience and location with a view. Prices for food completely overpriced, there are deductions in the stars, also with the changing moods of the staff. Still a nice place to stay.

The waitresses were a bit overwhelmed with the amount of customers, so you had to wait a little longer. But the staff was very nice and the food was good ? I can recommend it to others.

Nice café with very friendly and courteous service. We were served very well by a very nice lady and an older, equally friendly gentleman. The only thing that prevents me from visiting again is the supposed boss of this café, who describes his employees as "stupid" in front of the ears of all guests. Furthermore, in this beautiful ambience he spread a strong "unrest" by constantly pacing back and forth between the occupied tables and moving chairs and tables. Staff +5 stars and boss -5 stars. In addition, relatively expensive.

A café to my liking! Large selection of cakes, my chocolate tart was really delicious. Good coffee. The terrace invites you to linger, the view of the rose garden is very nice. Highly recommended, will be back soon.

It Is a warm place

Totally cute café! The waitress was super warm and really funny and the drinks were delicious. Outside it was really nicely decorated, as a pre-Christmas mood arose. This café is definitely worth a visit!

Nice place for enjoy !!!!

This place seems to be hip in Mannheim but frankly I dont really know why. The service is mediocre, the coffee some of the worst I had. Only good thing is the wine selection from the Pfalz but to be honest this is also not very inspiring to me. There must be better places to go here!

Very nice atmosphere. Tasty changed cake selection. Unfortunately a star deduction because card payment is only from 25 €.

Good cafe

A typical French city café right on Friedrichsplatz overlooking the water tower. Inside, a bit narrow and dark, but a great atmosphere. In the outdoor area you are right on the street, but is spoiled by the sun and has a small and fine card to choose from. Great cafe, always happy!

Top location with French flair and delicious food an drinks and beverages. Serve teas of Frères Mariages there. Best tea I know. The waiters and waitresses know how to pamper their clients. On a hot summer afternoon you get your cidre with icecubes. You can always trust their recommendations.The people there have a perfect feeling for details like soft background music, floral decoration and other. Not to go there at least once in your lifetime is for sure no lesser sin. So go there and enjoy - or do you really want to go to hell -;) ??

Food was moderate, the soup watery and the quiche very cheesy, and the coffee extremely bitter. The service was fine and their restrooms are very nice

beautiful atmosphere, haven't been back in for almost a year because when it isn't busy, the staff didn't bother to even check on me and ask if I wanted anything other than a coffe (I'd intended to order a meal, but wanted a coffee first on a cold day). I felt trapped for what seemed like an age before I could distract the staff from their conversation to ask for the bill. Wouldn't recommend.

A very bad service with impolite waiters who think there is a kindergarten and all the guests are children! !!! very bad quality !!! I wouldn't go there any more and don't recommend it!!!!

While we frequent this place regularly and are quite happy with the overall performance, for the second time we witnessed a heated argument last night between a waiter and guests. The waiter, an elderly staunch bloke shouted in a loud voice at a group of 2 young ladies in their early twenties and their male companons of roughly the same age, seated outdoors and smokingi. It seems one of the ladies had thrown a cigarette butt on the street and the waiter expressed his displeasure in a very indignant if not audacious manner, telling the group they were not welcome any further and should seek an outing spot somewhere else. While the 2 guys kept quiet the ladies gave the unruly waiter quite a scolding, complaining about slow service, a dirty table and full ashtrays left by previous guests as well as the fact that the waiter had served their wine glasses most unprofessionally by grabbing them from the top, with his fingers blatantly holding on to the rim of the glasses, leaving greasy fingerprints behind. Quite disgusting, I would agree....
